Big enough to get the job done, small enough to care.

Fischer Oil is a third-generation business owned by the Fischer family since 1933. Alfred G Fischer, Michael's father, bought the Standard Oil bulk oil distributorship from Roy Vitt in 1960. At that time, Al became an agent for Standard Oil and in 1972, he became a jobber. As a jobber Al purchased refined fuel from Amoco to sell to retailers and for years the business was operated out of his and his wife's home. Michael, the first born son joined the Fischer Oil business in 1979. Michael bought the business with his wife in 2004.

Today the company has three transport trucks to carry lubricants such as antifreeze and oil, including gasoline and diesel fuel to eight states in the Midwest and South. Fischer Oil serves as a lubricant carrier for Exxon, Shell, Mobil, Chevron, among others. We supply oils, greases, gasoline, distillates, and lubricants to commercial and industrial consumers. In addition to, our company serves home consumers with heating oil, as well as gasoline and distillate fuel to farmers, railroad and marine users. Many businesses in the Franklin, Warren and Gasconade counties call upon us to supply their machines and equipment with their needs
